Can I use it outside?
The LED strands are IP65 weather-resistant, so a porch or balcony is fine. The controller and USB plug are not waterproof: keep them dry and sheltered, or hang the curtain inside the window facing out.
Is it bright enough to see from the street?
Yes, after dusk. Brightness is adjustable, and messages and animations pop best in the evening. In daylight the LEDs are much less visible, like any holiday lights, so set the timer to switch it on at sunset.
How do I power it?
It runs on USB. Plug it into any 5V/2A USB wall charger, like a phone charger, or a power bank. The wall adapter isn't included.
Is the app hard to use?
